Our starting point is to meet with you; to listen, learn and gain a full understanding of the desired interior goal.

A transformed space can be accomplished by focusing on a menu of areas, such as, updating furnishings, color, lighting, art, minor renovations, etc., but also working with the valuable pieces you may already own and finding the optimal placement and functionality for all.

Service fees are on an hourly rate basis.

Redesign:

Working with what you already have and/or possibly enhancing your home with new pieces, color changes or recommendations for possible renovations.

Consultation Only

An initial in-home meeting to learn project ideas, expectations and clarity for end vision goal.
A complete walk-through of areas/rooms to be included in the redesign project. Thorough notation and photographs taken at this time.
Follow-up discussion to review a detailed write-up and rendering of recommendations ensuring clarity for the homeowner on each of the agreed upon space(s) to be redesigned. Based on the size of the project, the return visit will be within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Consultation with Hands-On Execution of Recommendations

In addition to the above and upon request and agreement, shopping services will be provided by The Finishing Touch. (Project upgrades such as new furnishings, lighting, accessories, etc. and/or coordinating contracting services).
In addition to the above, The Finishing Touch will work with the homeowner to execute the recommendations from the walk-through and write-up. (This is primarily using what the homeowner already owns; i.e. room redefining with furniture and accessory placement.)

Home Staging:

Moving can be challenging, however, The Finishing Touch has an eye to create inviting interiors, to help prepare your home that will beckon a broad spectrum of potential buyers, in any market.

Consultation Only

An initial in-home meeting to discuss project expectations and focus on the areas needing to be addressed to properly show the home for the market.
A complete walk-through of areas/rooms to be included in the staging project. Thorough notation and photographs taken at this time and return visit for follow-up discussion scheduled.
Follow-up discussion to review a detailed write-up and rendering of recommendations ensuring clarity for the homeowner where the staging is actually performed or executed by the homeowner. Based on the size of the project, the return visit will be within three (3) to five (5) business days.

Consultation with Hands-On Execution of Recommendations

In addition to the above and upon request and agreement, The Finishing Touch will work directly with the homeowner to execute the recommendations from the walk-through and write-up to project completion. This is primarily working with what the homeowner already owns; existing furnishings, accessories, etc.
Upon request and agreement, The Finishing Touch will shop and coordinate project upgrades such as, new furnishings, lighting, accessories and coordinate contract services for minor renovations.
